The CREW focuses on mental well-being, and social interaction. It offers diverse activities like indoor and outdoor adventures and arts and crafts to rejuvenate, connect, and foster a sense of community. Enrichment programs stimulate personal growth, while wellness initiatives promote fitness, nutrition, and mental health. The CREW provides a comprehensive platform for individuals to engage in activities that enhance their overall well-being and community vibrancy.

Pricing information: Our new pricing structure includes a base model designed to be accessible to participants. For those who require additional supervision, assessments will be conducted on an individual needs basis. Additionally, workshop prices will be determined by the materials necessary for each event.
Community Respite services (1-1 passport support) is an hourly fee, with mileage included within the Sarnia Lambton area. (See Options)
Operating Hours: Our program operates from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday - Friday. Unless otherwise posted, through evening and weekend events.
We also offer customized hours based on specific needs.
It is essential for participants to adhere to a consistent schedule to facilitate appropriate staffing arrangements.
Meal Provision: Participants attending for the full day or during lunch hours are required to bring their own lunch.
Complimentary snacks and beverages will be provided during the program.
*A Personal Support Plan may need to be completed to aid personnel in supporting each participant with any necessary accommodations or special requirements.
If a specific need cannot be accommodated, we can explore reasonable alternatives or develop alternative plans to meet the participant's needs.
